We had a very short meeting last night but a good one. We discussed our Year End Party, so I have several places to check out, however the date will be November 5th if we can arrange it.
We have new timing lights for the next race. We might have a few problems on the first time using the equipment, but Chase is going to update the computer. This was a major deal that Troy had to deal with and we want to thank him. Also when we have a problem like this please be patient and when it is done an email will be sent out to everyone to let them know. People keep calling to find out when this will be done, we can’t give you an answer because we have no clue so please ease up on the calling please.
OK we are going to set up on saturday night like normal at 6:00 so if you can make it that would be great also keep in mind that whoever does show up and help set up the course will only pay $25.00 instead of the normal $30.00, but also keep in mind you have to help set up the course not come out and walk the course. We try to be fair with everyone, so have a great week and we will see you on the 28th for racing day.
