We had a great day of autocross on Sunday – the track was a blast and the weather was near perfect. David Winterburn took his JBS Sports Racer to the the top of the speed chart, getting the only sub 70 second time of the day, and Blake DeWit scored another PAX win in his ES Miata. Jeremy McNeely won Modified in his turbo SSM Miata, Jerry Shaha in a Miata was the fastest Touring driver, and Terance Lawheed was the fastest Novice in his EVO 8.

You need to complete 4 events in your car class and be the points leader in order to get that year end trophy – if you are looking short, no worries! We have four events left this year! Our next event is at Thunderhill September 28th and 29th, followed by our final race of weekend of the year October 19th and 20th.
Our next Club meeting is Tuesday (tomorrow) September 17th at Player’s Pizza in Anderson. Social hour 6 – 7pm, meeting starts and 8pm. We are looking for Club officers for next year and would love your participation.
