Updates for 2018

Thank-you to everyone who was able to join us for our meeting on December 19th.

Charitable Giving:  We will be moving ahead with a donation this year to a local charity based on club member feedback.  Thanks to everyone who helped make 2017 a successful year for the club!

Fees for 2018:  No changes.  Club membership is $30 for individuals or $35 for couples.  Race Day entry fee is $30 for members and $35 for non-members.  Sponsorship levels are $200, $400, and $600 (details here).  You can bring your membership dues or Sponsorship to the next meeting, to the race in January, or mail it to the P.O. Box if you really want to lick a stamp.

Pre-season Race Dates:  Confirmed with the Fairgrounds and updated on the website.  Next race is Sunday, January 21st, just 4 weeks from now!

Trailer Clean-Up & Cone Culling – January 20th @ 2pm:  We plan to meet for setup at 2pm on Saturday, January 20th to do some clean up of the timing trailer, cone sorting, and prep for the new cones.  We’ll try to confirm who’s able to help out when we meet January 16th.

2018 “Shasta AutoX Challenge Series” Schedule:  Lots of good discussion around this that we will continue at the next meeting on January 16th.  The facility is not available June 11th – 25th due to the Fair.

TTC Meeting Tuesday December 19th

I hope everyone is doing well and is thinking about the next time we can race!  We are meeting on Tuesday the 19th at Players Pizza in Anderson.  Social hour 6pm – 7pm, meeting starts at 7pm.  We have some important topics to cover and would love to have your input – everyone is welcome!
